Lauren Hall is an experienced Social Worker with a strong background in child protection, from casework to investigations at both the front line and management level. Lauren worked with NSW government organisations including Family and Community Services, the NSW Ombudsman and NSW Health for 13 years before moving into private practice. Her consultancy now focuses on the areas of child protection, out-of-home-care and reportable conduct.

Lauren has a well rounded understanding of the government and non-government sector and is able to navigate key interpersonal relationships which allow business to flourish. Personally, Lauren is highly organised with a precise attention to detail. She possesses complex analytical skills and a curious, open minded approach.

With Honours qualifications in Social Work, Government & International Relations and Sociology from the University of Sydney, as well as ongoing professional development, Lauren is well placed to support your organisation in building capability in the areas of child protection and child safety.
